Why Leave Journal Space

Well, for one, there’s about six reasons posted before mine to give this place the old kick in the butt once again. Word Press is allowing things Lagomorphics never did, which is BLOGGERTISING,or,the use of blog space to advertise bogus products, real estate, and sales sites to pass exams. Every morning when I log in,as it is with everyone else, there are upwards of ten to twenty new blog sites, all of them devoted to sales pitches.

This morning, for instance,we have a blog explaining how the worst financial mistake you can make can be beneficial to you. I’m talking about the PAYDAYLOANS bloggertise space. There are also two spaces to pass exams, the site originiates from Pakistan asĀ  far as I can trace the servers, and is nothing more than a site designed to get your money,or your identity as my virus scan started going berzerk when I began to trace it out. Yes,I still use Neo-Trace.

Personally, and I have said this before,it is becoming less and less useful to come here for a personal blog site.

I would expect to hear something back from Word Press about this,as I have done nothing more in the past two days than post in my wire and on here about this and how useless it is,but,as it is the same with a lot of things,NADA. I’ve gone to the groups about this to try and band some of the older JS’ers about this, apparently they have flown the coop or found this site so hard to use they’ve moved on as evidenced by the amount of usage that shows up in the groups.

I know, wah, wah, boo hoo. But everyone of you who have used Journal Space in the past know this to be true, and try as I might to turn a blind eye to it and just go on. Those of you that know me,know that’s just not my style, but,I will say this:Live Journal,Facebook, and Myspace do NOT assault you with bloggertising. Their lay out and messaging is more user friendly than this place is now. To be honest, this place is becoming a JOKE,and not a good one.

this site actually has not much to do with WordPress, it is owned by a company in Holland who bought the Journalspace domain. At the beginning, they were very interested in our wishes, but that has stopped it seems. I no longer blog here and I was the JS Nr. one fan! Most of us have wandered over to blogspot… easy to use, nice layouts, etc., just no homepage.

But try keepconnectedlive.com… it’s the same basic format as this place, but run by a formerJS’er and he is trying hard to make it like JS once was! So far we have had NO bogus members there.
